On Thursday (8/25/11) we froze 240 ears of corn — removing the corn from the cobs and freezing it. This short series of photos shows the way we do it. This was our 36th out of the last 37 summers that we've done this (we've only missed one summer since we've been married). It's the best tasting corn you can get -- can't buy this anywhere!
